Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March, 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea's acting career started in the year the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic following her appearance in a few roles in Irish and British TV shows that began in the year 2009. As early as 2012 she was on sketch comedy shows or sitcoms. She began appearing regularly in panel shows following the win of an award for The Edinburgh Comedy Awards. Between 2016 and 2017, she was a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, and also a part-time participant in the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. Born in the family of Brian O'Sullivan, the actress was blessed with one sister named Sinead. The only female to be a winner of the show So You Think You're Funny in the year 2012. Bea the name she was given as her maiden name, pays tribute to her father who passed away. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was an equine veterinarian who took his own life at the age of three. Bea was three years old, though she did not know how he died until she reached the age of thirteen. The stage name she chose was Bea to honor her father who passed away. Bea also wrote an article published in The Guardian on her family's suicide story. Bea was raised alongside her sister Sinead with Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary teacher, jockey trainer as well as a former professional racer. Their family was enthralled by racing and horses. Bea was a child an instructor for the Irish National Stud. From an early age, Bea knew that she was not interested in a racing career. She was more interested in the performing arts.
